 Order Processing & Shipping

Most orders will be processed within two to five (2-5) business days. A tracking number is generated at the time an order begins processing. Given a properly provided e-mail address, tracking information will be sent to the provided e-mail address. (Note: There are times where an item is marked "shipped" prior to completing processing. In most cases, an item will ship one to five (1-5) business days after it is marked as "shipped.")

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We HIGHLY recommend that all of our international customers use USPS Priority Mail International as the shipping service. Priority Mail International allows for more accurate tracking services, expedited delivery time and an increased successful delivery rate. Please note that we are NOT responsible for packages that are undelivered.

All international customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply upon order delivery.
